this is what happens when people make something out to be more important than any other thing that has happened before. there was no reason that this election was anymore important than the last because they should all be considered important.
i knew back in march that there was no way that the democratic party would be able to pull out a win this year because they were way too divided. when you go into an election year with as many choices as they had, there is no way that you will be a strong enough force against an incumbent. it all boils down to one question, "are we better off now than we were 4 years ago?"
