There's a ring sitting on the counter in the kitchen right now that says "DAD" on it. My oldest brother gave it to my father like 10 years ago and my father hasn't taken it off, except to shower and maybe to clean it, since then. Now it sits there and he'll probably never put it on again.

How dare you call MY father a dick? the man who has taken care of you since you were 15 or 16 years old. the man who you have been calling the only dad that you have, saying that the other guy was nothing but a sperm donor to you. Now you have the nerve to sit there on the phone and call him a dick because he has gone into so much debt trying to help you and all you've done is fuck everything up because you've become a lying worthless addict. Apparently the last 27 years meant nothing to you.

And stop calling my fucking cell phone, the bill is high enough as it is without nonstop calls from New York at all hours of the day.
