I haven't posted a new blog in a while. No one ever responds to my blogs anyway 
I think I'll just rant for a bit.
Had an interview about 9 days ago at the local rock station. They got back to me on Tuesday and said they were taking the next week to look over things before making a decision. I'm trying to stay really confident yet have doubts at the same time. I thought the interview went really well and I seemed to impress them at points.
I'm trying to slowly get back into the routine of going out with friends. I took a few weeks off because things were just getting so boring for me. The same places on the same days, every single week, seeing the exact same people (this has pros and cons.) I went out on Tuesday this week because my friend was pissed at his gf and needed a drink. But I didn't go out to the normal Wednesday thing. Then I went to dinner last night becuase I was bored. Maybe I'll do Wednesday this week but not Friday dinner. We'll see.
I found out that my uncle has cancer again. It's quite depressing. He had throat cancer many years ago and made it through all the treatments. Now it's his kidney. He has to have one of them removed and they're taking tests to see if it has already spread or not. I'm trying to keep it off my mind for now since everything is okay. It might be easier if my aunt and uncle didn't live right next door. Oh well.
My parents had to bring them to the hospital yesterday for some sort of procedure. My dad left to pick them up....15 minutes later I'm getting a call to come pick them up. My parents' car has been on its last legs for what seems like years now. It was the transmission this time. $1500 to fix it. Ugh. The car is 11 years old so it sorta makes sense.
It just seems like life here is never going to completely settle down. Once something stops, something else happens.
In other stupid news:
Old El Paso makes this new Zesty Ranch Sauce for use in making homemade tacos and such. It's the closest thing I have found to the Pepperjack Sauce at Taco Bell. Homemade tacos....yum. I'm going to eat now.
