ok, so many months ago, i ended a 2.5 year relationship with a "man" who had among other things, decided i was too fat to have sex with. i weighed 192 pounds when i left him. for the better part of 10 or so years, i have weighed 172...so it was quite the jump to 192. i wasn't happy with that jump in my weight by any means, but other men and women still flirted so i didn't think it was all that terrible until my "lover" said i wasn't hot enough to fukk.

the time since i left him has been a time of working my ass off at hell depot, walking 1.5 miles to work every day, and lifting bags of cement and moving large quantities of lumber. yes, i have a rather tough job that many woman and some men simply could not handle.

in my efforts to lose weight, in addition to the walking and heavy labor at work, i have been forcing myself to drink more water that coca~cola and trying to watch what i eat. the pounds have slowly been coming off in a healthy manner, i think.

i got on the scale this morning to find that i had, in fact, lost 30 pounds! at 162, i am 10 pounds lighter than i was 10 years ago! i cried.

i know to some that 162 may not sound all that great yet, but i think i'm looking pretty damned good at 33. i can fit into a couple pairs of size 7/8 jeans, my ass hasn'tbeen harmed by the weight loss, my boobies look even larger , and i'm feeling pretty damned good about myself!
