i guess i haven't blogged for pretty much all of february...

not much going on that is note worthy. i bought a new laptop, a bad ass dell studio xps 1640. normally i'd pay cash for that sort of thing, but i figure, what the hell i need credit anyway.

long story short, the bank said they couldn't extend me any credit, then a week later decided they could. so they gave me $1000 at 14% interest, which is next to nothing for a 12 month loan. put $800 of my own cash from savings with it, and now i'm super stoaked.

other than that, squa-doosh going on. no gambling, no boozing, no whoring. if i was a pirate, i'd be considered in retirement. well, i've been playing poker, just online. no meat space games going on.

i'm thinking about taking a ride to biloxi in march, i need to throw some money away on cards. i'm actually on a major hot streak.

I'm super excited about tonight. i'm also going to swing by and visit my mom on the way into bham, so that'll make her happy too. i haven't visited since christmas.
