Expanding the mind...

...In order for a brain to operate at its highest potential, it first requires the same basics of human life. The brain needs food nourishment, water, air, and sufficient sleep in order to function properly. In addition to these basics, there are other ways to help the brain expand its running capacity. Neural stimulation can help promote connectivity between neurons leading to quicker thought and better memory. This can be achieved through mind games, brain puzzles, deep thought, and analytical conversation. In order to just increase memory alone there are a variety of tricks: association, repetition, verse, et cetera. As an actor I am often required to memorize copious amounts of lines for a performance. Any one, or a combination, of these methods is used to aid the memorization of the script. Some memories are so advanced that they can outperform today's supercomputers. There is a man deemed the "human Google" because he can recall numerous events occurring on any given day of his life quicker than the Google search engine with amazing accuracy.
