been gone a few days... i had the plague or something. no, but seriously... the stomach flu i guess. hot/cold flashes, crazy stomach cramps, irritability... i felt like i was having my period. the flu is a bitch because it just kind of hits you out of nowhere and the day before you felt perfectly fine, but when you get it, you feel like dying. the past two days i've slept so much it felt like i had mono. today i woke up at 10:30am and that's the second earliest i've woken up all summer.... but i finally feel better, even though i've probably lost 5 lbs

Good to hear you're doing a bit better...that sounds like it was absolutely awful. Lots of fluids and rest to keep recovering...we don't need ya keeling over dead now.
