So i have been working on a huge mural in the dirty industrial area of our city and it has been such an amazing cultural experience for me. Myself and my mate (Paddy) have been painting this wall for the passed week or so and we have met and had discussions with People we would never have met before. The art piece has transcended any racial, language or cultural barriers and has opened the gates to young working class artists stepping up to ask how they can get involved. We naturally tell them to bring some artwork back so we can see and then take their details for future jobs if they return. Hopefully we get to grow some local talent while we beautify the city... Double whammy! Anyway below are some images from the whole thing up to this point (we arent done yet).
