Hellloooooooo er'body...

Wow, what a stressful week. Thankfuly hard work seems to be paying off and things are slowly coming right.

Cant believe i have managed to stay off the cigs and booze (Barring one Afcon International soccer match between Nigeria and Mali Night) since new years. Almost 2 months now. I think the combination of stopping the booze on a detox with the quitting cigs helped me pull through on the smoking. None the less my change around has allowed me to drop 7 Kg's since new years and am hoping to drop another 10 before the rugby season starts for us. I am slowly getting fitter as Rugby season approaches and have a fitness / team building weekend coming up which i will up date you all on once im home from it. Theres still some fight in this old dog yet it seems haha

Not much else other than work and training going on these days but its all towards a goal so its a positive direction at least. Recently started drawing and sketching and doodling again and these are a few things that came from the moments that i i felt like getting creative...
