Wow has it been an interesting few days. Spent a lot of time over the passed 4 days drinking and socialising with friends and doing different things with my time. Ive been trying to get out of my comfort zone and so far the few things i have embraced rather making and excuse as to why not to do them have been pleasantly surprising. We also had our Annual prize giving for our Rugby Club and that was a complete blast. (Even if someone stole my trophy that i received).

Work is tough at the moment but even this is not going to get me down right now. All i can do is keep my head down and keep going. Persistence is key to making your self owned business succeed and i shall persist.

This weekend has brought me back to the line of thinking that its all about living it to the full while you can. No reason to hide under a rock if you have true friends and the will to be happy with what you have. The key is to not fixate on what you dont have. Things will happen the way they are meant to and that is the simple truth.

Tomorrow i will be starting the Insanity 60 Day challenge and getting back to my training.... Its gonna be brutal but so worth it. Then its Summer time and beach season. Maaaaaan i cant wait ...
