London,Saturday 23 April-Camden, Death In June

Met my friend Mike at 2pm in Victoria Station at the Cafe nearest platform 15, and went straight on to Camden. Camden on Saturdays is chock full of all the teenagers in London, thus making walking down Camden High Street without being forced into the road impossible. This road must be a prime candidate for weekend pedestrianisation surely.

We eventually...

I sometimes get a little weary of being given lectures on life by people half my age...

Got hammered on Saturday night as usual and ended up at Smile - only ever a drunken last resort. Still a giggle though. Hope you had a good weekend mate, speak to ya soon.

P.S. Cheers for calling me a gentleman!

London,Friday 22nd April-Hungarian Gypsy Jazz

Had a nice time chilling from one coffee shop to another, and of course spent a while in one of my favourite places in London-Waterstones on Piccadilly. I bought three books- "Natural Novel" by the Bulgarian Gosbadinov, "The Box Man" (Kobo Abe-the Japanese author who also wrote "The Woman in the Dunes" which was later made into a surrealist film)...

London,Day 1,Thursday 21 April

The trip down on one of Virgins' Pendalino train was lovely. Two hours from Stockport to Manchester and the journey was as smooth as glass.

I stayed with an ex girlfriends'(and her boyfriend) in Hackney, in a tower block close to Islington.Didn't have much time to relax in Martins' company though, because I had to make my way to the Spreadeagle,off...

Birthday part One- Stockport County 2,Doncaster Rovers 4

County were once again a rather makeshift side;apart from Stewart Barlow, who is 36,the oldest player was 23.It was almost like watching a youth team.

The score was probably not a fair reflection of the game. County were actually in the lead until the final fifteen minutes, but after Doncaster drew level they carved through the shaky...

Alright there sweetness, evil twin here - how ya doin'???
kolumkilli:
I'm ok. Just coming to the end of a nice fat week off work which I haven't done very much with. Probably give my liver, lungs and kidneys the weekend off, they've been working very hard recently. Too bad about Tara, but there comes a time when you have to cut your losses - basically I get the impression that the idea of a relationship stresses her out too much. It's not a reflection on you.

...see ya for now sweetness...!

A sad Weekend Departure

The weekend saw a sad departure, a taking leave that had long been expected but was none the less painful when it happened, that followed a long period of decline and suffering. A departure that bought tears to my eyes.

No I am not talking about the fucking Pope.I mean Stockport Countys' sad departure this weekend from League One down to...

And also I think I'll have too clean my bedroom a bit. I think that could have something to do with it as well.
