Anyone know about sleep cycles???
Apparently your ability to get to sleep goes in cycles and if you miss the opportunity to go to sleep you got to wait until the next cycle. You know how when your really tired at like 6pm and you think "early night tonight" and then you get caught doing something and end up going to be at 10pm or later and you can't get to sleep for like hours. That was me last nite, i think i lay in bed from like 11.30 until 2 or something. ugh...
Can anyone elaborate on the sleep cycle thingy?
My weekend was pretty sub standard, just stayed at home and did some work.... not too bad i suppose i did earn quite a bit of extra cash. Watched Season 1 of scrubs and Black Hawk Down, funny with Eric Bana putting on an american accent. Hmmm not much else doin. Oh... wait a minute. I went to this Irish pub yesterday arvo for lunch/dinner, it's called The Quiet Man and they make the best stew ever. I know u might be thinking ewww... stew.... But. They hollow out a loaf of bread and pour the stewy goodness inside and then put the lid of the loaf back on top. Along with a $5 pint of Becks, not a bad end to a weekend.
