just been listening to the new alkaline trio album, i fucking love it hehe

i beat my cycling record for the hour i did 31.01km and 707 calories burned i made it over 700 woo! go me apparently watching star wars while cycling gets me revved up enough to cycle harder

youre probably all going to find this really boring but im kind of proud of myself for this my cycling to date

day 1-lost the record of, it was in a conversation with a friend but my computer decided to lose that bit of conversation
day 2 - 27.69km, 631 calories burned
day 3 - 28.10km, 640 calories burned

im on a quest! no booze for a month, been drinking far too much recently (for a number of reasons) and i went out and bought an exercise bike yesterday so i will be riding it a ton in order to try and lose my gut this had better fucking work, im sick of life like this.
