Had an epic session in the gym, felt really good for what I accomplished, I do wonder what it is I did that I feel the need to punish my body so badly though 
the rest of today sucked pretty hard though, felt crappy, got shit on by the manager as he was back after his holiday, nothing seemed to be going right throughout the day, then I had the really good gym workout and as I climbed into the car feeling physically and mentally drained and devoid of life this song came on
And I couldn't help but feel happy and smile.
Joe Strummer has long been an idol of mine and any time I listen to the Mescaleros I feel happy (it also gives me a wanderlust as well which I can't act on unfortunately)
