I've decided to give up about being angry etc. it's just not worth it, my new theory is to just get on with life and enjoy myself as much as possible
I managed to increase my upper weight limit for 4 of the 5 arm weight trainings I do today so I'm happy about that, I also absolutely beat the hell out of my abs, it's kinda sore to move at the moment but will be completely be worth it, also lost another 2lbs as well apparently in the last week, so that's good
My parents go on holiday at the end of the week which means I have a free house for nearly 3 weeks, I so look forward to this time, gives me a bit more freedom and I tend to get more sleep (I think cos I can't hear my dad snoring
