I've got an interview tomorrow, kinda nervous but excited, but bemused by the fact it's 3 hours long, apparently 1 hour interview with HR, 1 hour interview with the department I'd be working in and a 1 hour test... no wonder I'm nervous 
really hope I get offered this job, could use the extra cash and it would be nice to escape the stress and management of my current job

ps. i hate super long interviews...I've had a few and although it gives you longer to prove you're the right person, it makes me SO nervous beforehand!
