My insomnia seems to have come back with a vengeance, this is then making being at work twice as unbearable, I need a holiday so badly if only to just relax and get my head on straight
On the plus side, some stuff at work is starting to go right after months of it just not working, and I have my job interview on Monday which I'm hopeful for cos I could really do with earning more money and it would be a less stressful job.
I'm trying my hardest to stay positive at the moment, but its proving a lot more difficult than in the past, maybe its cos I've cut down on the drinking...I kinda hope not cos that would imply something really bad wouldn't it?

I hear you about the insomnia, I've been drugging my self to try and get some sleep lately and I'm still walking around like a Zombie. Have you thought of trying to do something that seems childish? It sounds weird, but if I'm really having a hard time (which I do cuz I'm bipolar) I do something silly like color or blow bubbles or something. Sometimes doing something that is so simple can really cheer you up. Today for instance, I'm getting some people together and tye dyeing t-shirts just for the fun of it. Or you could try going to SixFlags and go on the biggest coaster you can find, that'll get some endorphines flowing ^_^
