I am in so much pain right now. whoever said exercise was healthy?
although I am kinda proud of myself, today I managed to do the 5% incline repeats without getting tired (extremely sweaty, but not tired) so thats 3.5 miles running at a minimum speed of 6 miles per hour
and then proceeded to do various weight exercises
I've also been feeling kinda nostalgic for cartoons I watched as a kid
and this is still one of the best songs ever!
