I've done something to my arm, I can barely lift it beyond waist height at the moment 
not good, hopefully itll sort itself out for tomorrow, otherwise iI'm not sure exactly how I can get in to work 
have had such a lazy weekend, done absolutely nothing, makes me feel like i should be doing more with life :S
went to see Super on Friday, was absolutely awesome, you should all go see it
