I don't understand how some people at work collect a bigger paycheque than me and get away with doing sod all and then i have to pick up the shit they leave in their wake. seriously going to have a huge rant with my team leader asap, and if nothing happens from it i will be looking for a new job in a hurry. Seriously i work my ass off do far more than i should for my job level and get fuck all reward for it.
