lack of sleep and bad dreams, theres a recipe for fun days at work and the fact i know i have to go into work tomorrow...today...whatever...and fill out a whole bunch of forms explaining why things went wrong, when it cant be explained why things went wrong cos nobody knows...yay for me ahhh i so want to just sleep through tomorrow

i have no idea anymore...

im sat here watching 28 days later, eating popcorn and drinking cider with a knife...yes the paranoia of being in a big empty house on my own has finally won i keep seeing and hearing things i need to get my head sorted so badly

so i went to see Henry Rollins do a spoken word show tonight, it was awesome and i like his style of being angry at things i havent laughed that hard in a long time either, it was really good, i need more humour in my life

ok, my parents have gone on holiday, im all alone in the house, its been 2 hours, ive already started talking to myself...this bodes well for the next 2 weeks, i really need to meet more people wholl just randomly hang out

woo 3 day weekend, i love bank holidays, they give me a chance to catch up on lost sleep been really restless lately having consistent nightmares, nothing special, just ones like falling off cliffs getting eaten alive by snakes, the usual ones i have, but its been a pain means i havent been sleeping properly.
and i want this now so badly
