I caught this show last night called Rockstar Supernova. It's basically an "American Idol" type program where contestants compete to become the lead singer of a rock band. Well, the "judges" were actual rock guys that would be making up the new band. They included

Jason Newstead - formerly of Metallica
Gilby Clarke - Guns & Roses
Tommy Lee - Motley Crew

Each contestant would perform a song in front of them and sometimes one of the performers would jump up and jam with the contestant. How cool would it be to have Jason Newstead or Tommy Lee rocking out with you on stage?

I was very jealous of that opportunity and although I tend to not like these reality shows, this one was a lot of fun!
