dumpling

My friend G* lives off the grid and cooks rich food on her wood burning oven. I knew I needed some good nourishment this weekend so I took the train 5 hours north and did some good eating. I walked and had a few mystical bowel movements in between - but mostly I just ate 5 course meals every 3 hours. G* told me about being in Tibet and having to eat a rancid Yak milk and shit mixture. I've never eaten Yak shit, but once I worked for a cake shop when I was 18 and I would always find these little chocolate shavings on the counter. I would sweep them up and throw them on the cakes. Later I learned that it was mouse poo and I felt bad for selling people fancy cakes with mouse poo decorations.
