Thanks strider57. I know, I just gotta be chill about it. I'm hoping he wont actually let my manager to that. So lame. Hopefully it wont even happen and they'll find some wiser choice of action. We'll see. *crosses fingers*

Well, if they should move forward with the "plan" I still think you have every right to discuss your feelings on the issue. Just remember, the squeaky wheel get the grease, so sometime you have to stand your ground or get run over. Over the years I've learned a lot about dealing with people and one thing I know for certain, people perform to your level of expectation, ask a lot, get a lot. This is a double edged sword in that it works both ways. You give a lot to your employer, so it's not unreasonable to expect some payback for your efforts. Certainly, consideration in the job you do would fall into the category.
