I am very pleased with myself. After actually sticking to my fruit, veggies, lean protein diet I have done away with 20 lbs. I am planning to lose another considerable amount before my birthday (Dec 4th). Very encouraging and uplifting. Not to mention the comments from hubbie, family and friends are quite nice too.
