Well, if they should move forward with the "plan" I still think you have every right to discuss your feelings on the issue. Just remember, the squeaky wheel get the grease, so sometime you have to stand your ground or get run over. Over the years I've learned a lot about dealing with people and one thing I know for certain, people perform to your level of expectation, ask a lot, get a lot. This is a double edged sword in that it works both ways. You give a lot to your employer, so it's not unreasonable to expect some payback for your efforts. Certainly, consideration in the job you do would fall into the category.
man...this place has me all fired up today...why can't people just do their fucking job and quit bitching & pointing fingers making excuses for their screw ups...just get the shit done & get it done right in a timely manner...sheesh! That is all

Wow. Hadn't realized it had been so long since I posted. Life has been sooooo busy.
Kids back in school & playing mini-pony football (I can't wait until its over the end of Oct.). Troll had more surgery. Still working. We put an above ground pool in the back yard. Haven't had anytime to do anything creative.

They moved Troll's next surgery from May 7th to the 20th so he can get all his pre-opp stuff done.

Troll has his surgery scheduled for May 7th. Sucks because it is such a big procedure they can only take care of the right knee this time. So he will still have to go back for 1-2 more surgeries to clean out the left knee and ankle to get more movement. So he will have more physical therapy. I...
