So... we got a house!!! We found this beautiful colonial with $100,000 in upgrades and put a contract on it before we even set foot on the property. Upon inspection, it was found that the foundations was in horrid condition & the roof was awful. The owner is replacing the roof & repairing the foundation at no cost to us!
