YES!!

I just got word that we got our condo!. Me and my boyfriend Nate have been waiting for this place for like 6 months and now the wait is over I am so excited! We are moving to the City of Chandler but like around the corner from where we live now in Mesa. It's a 3bdrm/2bath upper level unit but we have no downstairs neighbors because the carports are located below us and the condo is facing North so during the summers it should stay pretty cool inside. The greatest thing about this place is that it is fully paid for (Huge thanks to my bf's dad Gene) so all we have to pay for is the utilities and HOA. Dads got the property tax. It's going to feel so good not to have to pay rent every month.

Gene is replacing all the carpet and I asked for him to put tile in the dining room because kids are messy and Nate and I are going to paint. Once we move in I have to figure out what and where I am going to paint murals in each of the rooms. I am thinking Skelanimals for my baby, Silent Hill's Pyramid Head and the Nurses for my son (Me and him love that game) and Nightmare Before Christmas for mine and Nate's since we both love that movie so much. I am going to love drawing on my walls it's gonna be fun! and since I am so artistically talented I am positive it will all come out wonderful.
