My daughter LOVES TO TALK but she does not laugh. I never met a baby other than her that refuses to laugh. Anytime we play with her all we get is a smile or like a 1 second chuckle. Even when she is tickled she just squirms and makes noises as if she wants to laugh but holds back. Also, she is 5 months and does not roll over. She hates tummy time. She only likes being held up to stand.. I think she will just skip the crawling and rolling and head straight to walking. Oh! and don't ever get this little one mad. She holds grudges that last about 15 minutes which involves lots of grumbling.. lol

and it isn't that she hasn't learned to laugh it's just her refusing to laugh. She sorta laughed once but then her eyes widened and she quickly stopped and never did it again. I think she thinks laughing is for babies and she is too tough for all that. lol
