Considering that people will spend 100's of dollars on official sweat soaked Grateful Dead concert tees on Ebay, I would tend to agree that oldschool shirts are the best.

that's cool man, I luvs me some Green Day. Yup, American Idiot is great, but I think my alltime fav is Nimrod. It plays like a punkrock jukebox, all sorts of great stuff on that. Billie Joe's got some serious songwriting talent there. I bet they were pretty kickass in concert.
