I'm being SUED for $50,000. So lame...I was involved in an accident about a year ago. This old bag of a lady stopped suddenly in front of me to make a left turn. No signal either,(she saw a garage sale) and I think she was wasted. I did'nt hit her, but could see a Pepsi truck hauling ass behind me. I could see that he was'nt paying attention, so I started to pull to the shoulder on the old bags right. Pepsi man CREAMED us both. I went into the ditch and my car did'nt touch old bags. The MAN wrote ME up, and he got the whole report completely wrong. The cop was the classic rookie. A total Barney. It was all Pepsi dudes fault. Luckily there were witnesses and my tickets were dismissed. There was no way my car could have hit her without so much as a scratch to the front end.( I got pics) I won a lawsuit against the Pepsi dude too. Now old bag is suing everyone that was within 2 miles of her that day. What a joke. My attorney said not to worry, but whata hassle. AH LIFE IS GOOD.
