My roommate is such a girl.
He's over possessive with his girlfriend, and won't allow her to do anything fun.
He also has WAY too many feelings. Always boo hoo this boo hoo that.
Stop caring dude! Take a break from life.
All he is concerned about is money and he has six friends;
both parents, his girlfriend, her parents, and me.
I try to spend time with my other friends and he always asks, "Why are you with friends and not your parents"
Ok, is that a stupid question? I love my parents, I do, but friends are my life.
I want him to have a fun social life and he wants me to have no social life.
Why did I choose to room with him? I've known him for 5 years...
His girlfriend could do SO much better, she's cute and nice, but a little slow in the head. She has book smarts but not many common sense. I've known her for 3 years and I love using sarcasm. She always askes stupid questions and of course I have to add my snappy answers.
Anyway, last night she was leaving and she made a comment about how bras are unhealthy for breasts
"Yea, I heard T say something like that awhile back"
J - "What did you say?"
"Oh, nothing"
J - "No, what did you say?"
"It's nothing"
J - "Tell me..."
"It's of no concern"
J - "I'm not leaving until you tell me"
"Ok, have fun sleeping here"
T - "Dude, just tell her..."
"No, it's ok."
J - "I'm not leaving until you tell me"
<As J gets on T's bed and makes herself comfortable>
J - "It concerns me, doesn't it?"
"No, it was just a comment I vaguely remember from 8th grade or so"
J - "Tell me!"
"G'night J!"
<I started playing darts...After another 5-10 minutes, J and T left for her dorm. A few moments later T walks back in all quite... ... >
"Well that was fun..."
T - "... ... ..." <Climbs into bed leaving the lights on>
"Want me to turn out the lights?"
T - "... ... ..."
"G'night"
T - "... ... ..."
<Wake up a few hours later>
"Mornin"
T - "... ... ..."
"See ya after class"
T - "... ... ..."
Ok, am I in the wrong for keeping my mouth shut to someone who has to know all the details of everything. I didn't make any rude comments. Just kept my mouth shut and he's all ticked off at me.
The two of them get in fights at least once a week, so I have no sympathy for either in their relationship, and since they are both my "friends", they know I will NEVER take a side.
They both need to grow up.
