Why is it when i think i have a handle on my life (mostly my money issues) that something else fucks it up!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

So my old apt complex is trying to sue me for some shit with my apt that didnt even happen.......its been 4 months since i moved out of there and i am just now hearing something....they are saying that if i dont give them 596 dollars by TOMORROW or they are taking me to court!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
