I was sick today Not really too bad but i think that if i hadn't spent the morning in bed it would have been worse.

I had to cycle into central london today to see cakemix and nearly ran over loads of people. Why when you see someone coming towards you at speed (i was on my road bike) would you stop dead and stare? keep walking and you'd be out of the road before i hit you! sometimes people can be really annoying
