So yeah. Been away for far too long. Was going to use this damn thing as a sounding board to see ideas written down and get shit out of my head, but alas, earwax...
Been screen printing aprons and shirts for my mom's gourding group. Did you know they had those? Gourds. You know, gourds. They do some amazing shit with them. all sorts of masks and figures, and artwork. Some of which goes to amazing damn prices. My mom does it for the fun of it and has even been published for her work. Feels good to be screen printing again. Haven't done it in a year or so (since last years Phoenix Comicon, so yeah) and I really need to start doing my own designs again.
Have a whole arsenal of guns ready to be steamed up. But its too damn hot to spray paint outside without the plastic being all fucked up. Then its too rainy. Too windy. Too humid. Curse you Arizona weather! MONSOOOOOON!
Made a bunch of Han Solos that I need to customize and figure out how to frame.
The Wife was excepted into some blood pressure medication study. Then dropped for her depression. Then readmitted. They did the first test and dropped her again because of kidney failures. Which were caused by high blood pressure. Fun. Right?
One of my good friends was hired for a job The Wife wants. Then she was fired for some thing or another. So we are hoping The Wife can swoop in and get it. We just have to hear from the owner when he settles down from going to SDCC. (Its the Phoenix Pop Culture Museum) and hopefully he purchased the SDCC stuff we wanted. WOULD BE SO AWESOME!
Might start filming again when I get the chance. Went back and looked at some of the old movies we made when I was in/just got out of high school. We thought it would be fucking funny to remake them. Some of the actors are on board, so it might actually happen.
And I'm suffering from tendonitis (we hope that's all it is) on my good leg. So hopefully that will heal in a few weeks so's I don't need to see a doctor that I can't afford for treatment I mostdef can't afford. So R.I.C.E. it is for me. Fucked up my shoulder, too. God I need insurance. These chronic pains are shitty.
