Is it Friday yet?
I do come here bearing some good news though. Now lets just hope it pans out. John submitted his newly redone resume to a company that works alongside Avnet (he would be doing the flipside of his old job basically). He submitted it Wednesday and got a call yesterday for a mini-phone interview. The guy was impressed and he has another phone interview today at 4. If *that* goes well, they will probably do an in-person interview. John has also applied to a few other places as well as a couple of the jobs he found on USAJOBS thanks to Zombieporn.
I still haven't found anything. I've applied but no nibbles. I guess its just not meant for me to be working right now.
This weekend FrenchyLaRue invited my family and I, as well as Bitten and Frankus over at her place for a little get together. Yesterday Frenchy and I met up for coffee and ended up spending the whole day together! I had a total blast
I think I found my female mini-me! haha
