First:
My grandma is okay. The doctor checked her heart 3 times and found nothing wrong with it. He said that her heart is so healthy that she shouldn't ever have to worry about a heart attack. So the theory was a blood clot passed through her heart. Since they pumped her full of blood thinners upon her arrival to the hospital in Safford, they believed they flushed it out and double checked her lungs to make sure whatever was left of it didn't end up there.

Second:
My workout with the trainer was brutal. He has me doing a whole weight lifting routine + cardio. So day 1 I do like arms, day 2 legs, and day 3 chest + my cardio stuff. I'm looking at working out 4 days a week about 2 hrs a day.

Third:
The SG party was hella fun! I got to hang out with my old friends and met a bunch of new people (well new to meeting to me lol). After the party a lot of us went to IHOP in Tempe. I didn't get home til 5:30am. That is the latest I have ever spent out somewhere since, like yrs ago lol Riona did a great job putting that party together and I'm totally looking forward to going to more
