First Blog hey,
Well here goes.
At the moment, weekends have been used to look at the real estate market,
and damn, Sydney is hell costly! Still love the place, but way costly.
I have been comparing existing houses compared to new from the builder,
and I am more towards new at this point in time.
Main reasons are, for a bit more, here in Australia, we get money grants back from the government for building new which is keeping trades people in the job's etc.
Also because everything is new painted, and doesn't have to be replaced, the bathrooms and kitchens will be new, instead of trying to buy an older house where that will all need to be replaced which will bring the cost back up anyways.
But yeah, so many builders, so many new suburbs, so many headaches, does my head in.

Anyways, that's just a first little blog for now so anyone who cares knows what i'm about and up too at the moment, and please tell me, what makes for interesting blogs in the future, what things grab your attention that you don't mind sparing a few mins to read?
