I am kinda going through the same situation as you, but vise versa. I broke up with my ex (of 4yrs) last summer, and now I have a new bf, who I am serious with, but I still have the desire to talk to my ex (which I do act upon, occasionaly).
3 yrs is a long time, and if you two had a good relationship, and were good friends, its gonna take a long time to get over it. Believe me, I know. I try and try to move on, in my new relationship, but I think about my ex everyday.
Which is probably, how your ex feels, and why she still wants to talk to you. But just know that her problems now, are hers, not yours, and you dont have an obligation anymore.
Ok, ill stop rambling now. This is my last thought - You will probably continue to want to be with her, as long as you keep talking to her. If you seriously want to move on, break all ties to her. It's a very hard thing to do, but since she is married now it might be the best thing for you to do.
