tired. i've been pushing myself really hard at the gym lately, and today my body said, "enuff z'nuff!!" although i didn't want to mentally quit, i think it's a good thing to be in touch with one's body. so i stopped. i think i am going to take a short nap now. i'm supposed to go to exit yet again, so i better rest up.
