Someone who does not live there is hosting a party there... yeah, that's gonna be interesting.. Something tells me she'll do a shit job of clean-up, if does it at all, cause she doesn't live there.. what are people gonna do about it is she just leaves right? Hopefully she has to make a deposit or is a roommate's girlfriend who can take the heat if she just leaves it.

Seriously, since the job you're in is kinda monotonous in a way... I'd prolly go for it. The major con that you didn't mention though is that you're kinda important where you are.

Don't forget that vacation you took and how good it felt to be able to just go, secure in knowing your job was waiting for you when you got back. If you're ok with that, and except for that, the pros of the other job sound like they totally outweigh your present job.

Yes, as you get older you get used to the disappointments.. and by you I mean it happened to me. The problem though is they come with greater frequency so you really don't feel much better in the long run. I guess if I had strived more when I was your age to try to become something I wouldn't e where I am now... but on the other hand, there are things that I would have missed out on had I done that. So either way I'm a winner and a loser at the same time.

What era Rolling Stones are you into?

I'm starting to explore their oeuvre a little more. My brother gave me a bunch of his CD's when he bought the reissues. Right now, I'm getting really into their old, R&B-influence stuff. They have some really great work.
