That "chum" comment of yours got me thinking: how does one bait a house? With grade school drawings? Wallpaper? Carpet?
Then it hit me: money & time. Those are the two favorite things for a house to devour. (Those are also the two favorite things a woman devours, but I digress.) Houses are also incredibly dim-witted. Since I only seem to have spare thyme on my hands lately, I figure I'll spice-up a stack of $100 bills, sit back, and wait for the veritable stampede of houses to vie for my attention.
It'll be a residential feeding frenzy.
