My version of a breakfast sandwich in the style of waht is commonly known as a "McMuffin" was delicious way to start my day. Eggs, cheddar cheese and some onions all on an English Muffin, seasoned with some Tabasco for some ill flava!

Look at that beautiful beast of a sandwich! Wishing you had it won't help. wishing you could have known it won't help, you just have accept it was good to eat.
