More improvements/repairs in my building at hours I don't find acceptable. Now they're tearing up the carpet an putting in someething new; I don't know if the landlord's trying to sell the building or not but I suspect he will be. Maybe I should buy it and raise the rent of the guy who lives in the appartment below mine. He likes to knock on my door at all hours complaining about foot steps and loud thumping. I admit that when I first moved in he was legitamate in his concerns but recently he's become delusional. I will be on my couch watching TV for over an hour and he'll come up pounding and camplaining about my noise.
I suspect that it's the cjick with the Vespa who lives next to him; he just can't tell where the sound is origionating from.

I got my work Holiday party on Friday and I'm struggling wwith the idea to over dress yet again (I wore a tux, last year I had a slick white dinner jacket too but a bad hair cut



This year I'm thinking of brringing it down a notch, maybee I'll blow all my credibility at work and go full on ROCK STAR. Mmaybe old fart rock star is more like it.


Anyway I still have to find a xmas gift for the girlfriend,
