I bought the DVD Against the Ropes with Meg Ryan, got home put it in the DVD player and it was going great for the first 35min. then it stopped and jumped... Now I get to go back and exchange it; I hate exchanging stuff in the stores. You always have to wait for somebody to mark it so you can go to the customer services desk(about 15-20 min.) , where you wait, explain and fight why you are trying to exchange it for the exact same movie (about 30-45 min.) then you can go get the new DVD and then wait for them to credit it so you can go (another 30min.) so you're there for over an hour, when it only took 5min. to buy it the first time!!!
