On the edge of time and space
The sea is Mother
Her distant rhythms
Harmony to womb and breath
Her winds and storms
The psyche
The tree is Love
That holds you high above
And gives you space
To watch the sea
And feel Her winds...
The womb and the hard branch
The warm winter sun
The salty spray
Sea gulls circle
The woman in the tree
Saying prayers.
