Alrighty here it is my 'Dukes of Hazzard' movie review.
To those who have watched, liked, and or breathed Dukes of Hazzard the original series will definitly either not like the movie or say it was 'o.k'... Every charachter was portrayed way differently than the original. Rosco wasn't stupid, Uncle Jessie isn't supposed to tell jokes and threaten, Bo and Luke aren't supposed to be 'hot' over all the girls and be trying to be funny. Daisy Duke well she looked more fake with that fake tan stuff that a roast pig would be jealous.
but then you have the General Lee. The only really good thing in the show. As my friend perfectly said it " this movie was blasphemy, and should have been called 'The Adventures of Johnny Knoxville and Sean William Scott in the General Lee' " I agree with this statement. I had to look past the original series persona and look at this movie as though the Dukes of hazzard never existed.
I don't want to say more as this movie had its own twist on the old show. by all means go see it and see for yourself the abomination. As for me i;m going to watch the Dukes of hazzard DvD's so i can be happy again.
Oh and the car chase scenes were good. and the General Lee itself did a good job. Any more questions feel free to ask
other than the movie Review i'm doing well, working alot and going to my old town Chatham for a friends Stag and doe and the next day turn around and go to Huntsville for a few days
