new years was awesome. went to a bigass party at the acklen house. got really drunk. found out that a girl i've been sort of eyeing for the past few months has a crush on me. i'm pretty excited about that. bad part is that another girl i have had a little crush on for awhile is her friend and the one that told me she has a crush on me. what are you gonna do? i have a sore throat that will NOT go away. i'm drinking some tea right now before i go to bed.
playing a show in memphis tomorrow night, and i'm really excited about that. playing with some friends from richmond that i haven't seen since the summer. it's also the first time this band has played there. it's sad that we've been together this long and this is only the second out of town show we've played. hopefully it goes well. but hey, if anyone reads this and is close by or in memphis, you should come out. we're playing with dead city which i haven't heard but heard they're good at precious cargo. i was told that this place is on main and overton a block away from the front entrance of the pyramid. not that this matters and no way anyone except for maybe kurtz and cindarr will read this.
