today i wound up in the hospital. Do only to a uncontrolable heart rate. 
Spent the entire day in the hospital..ojoy...came back here found two e-mails. I from the very special person to me and the other from a now x-friend. The x-friend condemmend me for what i want and willing to accept. The xer also wrote a e-mail to the special person. 
he hurt her and I won't accept that....to bad someone thought that i had sent that e-mail... i would never do that instead i would say it and then deal with it...i hope her and I are okay
