Well, I had to end the work week with a bang...I had to be at a board of directors meeting at 7:45. I woke up at 7:25. I've never taken such a quick shower in my life. I did that number where you run to the car with your clothes only half on, and taking care of it on the way (tie left shoe at this stop light, tie right shoe at next one, put on tie at next, etc.). I was still late, but not so much that it was a big deal....
So I came home and fell asleep immediately, which means I'm going to be like a fucking vampire tonight. At least it's Friday!!

While I realize it's a bit out of the budget range you specified,
I've been using the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-F717 that my firm purchased recently. Excellent picture quality, and while I just read something about it's bulkiness, I found that the ergonomics were quite pleasing.
"Three more rums. Plenty of ice.
Maybe a handful of lime chunks."
